Written Resources

There are two main resources we encourage you to obtain for your journey toward integrity and wholeness. The first resource is the book A Journey to Integrity and Wholeness. The second resource is the companion small group study.

A Journey to Integrity and Wholeness

Most men know how to act like they have integrity. Few know how to actually be whole.

After decades of hiding a secret life behind the image of a devoted husband, pastor, and "good
guy," Brent Hill's carefully built facade collapsed, and in the wreckage, he discovered that the
appearance of integrity was never really the goal. Wholeness was.

In A Journey to Integrity and Wholeness, Brent shares his own story of addiction, infidelity, and
the slow, painful process of getting to the root of his brokenness. In this he offers the framework
God used to rebuild him: the I7 Concept, a biblical path to wholeness across five essential
dimensions of a man's life: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, relational, and physical.

Part memoir, part discipleship tool, this book doesn't flinch from the ugly bits of life. It names
them, so that other men don't have to carry theirs alone. With reflection questions for personal
study or group discussion, it's built for men ready to stop managing their image and start
pursuing real freedom.

You don't have to keep sewing fig leaves. There's a better way to be whole and in this work, you
will find out how.

A Journey to Integrity and Wholeness Small Group Study Guide

Reading the authors story is one thing. Doing something about it is another.
This companion study guide takes A Journey to Integrity and Wholeness out of the pages and
into a room with other men.

Built for small groups of three to six, it walks through twenty-four
weekly lessons from testimony and failure to integrity, wholeness, and concrete action steps.
Each one is grounded in Scripture and designed to move past small talk into the kind of honesty
most men never risk out loud.

There are rules of engagement here: 100% confidentiality, grace over fixing, truth spoken in
love. This isn't a program to complete, but a room where men can stop managing an image, one
week at a time, alongside other men doing the same.

If you've read Brent's story and thought, I need this, but I can't do it alone… this workbook is the
next step. Gather a few men. Open your Bible. Start the conversations you've been avoiding.
